Jargonium is supported by SHAC!

We are very pleased to announce that Jargonium has received a subject development award from the Society for the History of Alchemy and Chemistry (SHAC), an academic society that promotes scholarship in the field of the history of alchemy and chemistry broadly defined.

Jargonium is run by volunteers but hosting a domain name on the internet is unfortunately not free. SHAC's support will enable us to keep the website running for the upcoming years. We have some cool projects coming up and are really excited for Jargonium’s future!

Besides the financial support, we are very happy for the recognition this represents. We are very grateful to SHAC for this partnership, and we would also like to thank all our contributors for their excellent pieces. Many thanks to you, as well, our readers! We will do our best to continue to share the great work that is being done in history and philosophy of chemistry with you.
